Lignin Sulfonate
Dust Control Product & Binder
What is lignin sulfonate?
Lignin sulfonate is a natural material derived from lignin. It is a by-product of the wood pulping process that is known for its binding, dispersing, and emulsifying properties.
Lignosulfonates have a wide variety of applications. In agriculture, lignin sulfonate is allowed for use in organic crop production as a plant and soil amendment (dust suppressant) and a floatation agent. It can also be used as a pellet binder.
